Jens-Philipp Jung is the Co-founder and Managing Director of Link11. As a specialized European IT security provider headquartered in Frankfurt am Main, Link11 provides a self-engineered and patent pending DDoS protection as well as a wide range of security services such as Bot Management, Zero-Touch WAF, and Secure CDN Services. For more than 15 years, the experienced IT specialist has been actively involved in cybersecurity and contributed to the ICT strategy of the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research. As the Co-Founder of quofox, a company recently acquired by Archipel Academy in collaboration with Pride, Nele has witnessed post-merger integration. She'll guide us through the complexities of aligning two teams, two systems, and, most notably, two cultures, sharing valuable insights into the do's and don'ts of M&A deals. Nele's journey, starting in sales and consulting in the education and IT sector, eventually led her to discover her passion for HR and strategy consulting. With a background in Human Resources Management and Management Consulting, she has played pivotal roles in leading HR departments and shaping the growth of IT service providers.
Meet Erik Lundberg, a Partner at Carlsquare based in Stockholm. Erik boasts over 15 years of M&A experience, with a primary focus on technology companies. He brings a wealth of knowledge from his previous roles at Stella EOC and EY. Erik's impressive academic background includes an M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology and a B.Sc. in Business Administration and Management from the University of Gothenburg.
