EasyTranslate acquires World Translation

The acquisition of World Translation by EasyTranslate marks a milestone in EasyTranslate’s strategy to become the market-leading company for B2B translation technology and services. Pride Capital Partners actively supported management in the execution and financing of this transaction.

World Translation, located in Tilst (Denmark), is a Language Service Provider (LSP) offering B2B translation services. The company serves a loyal international customer base, comprising primarily Industrial and Business Services companies.

The expertise and knowledge of the team of the World Translation will be a great addition to the EasyTranslate family. Vice versa, World Translation will gain access to extensive knowledge on language technology and software – and how to combine this with human translators. By utilizing EasyTranslate’s proprietary technology – HumanAI – efficiency can be improved without compromising quality by combining advantages of technology with those of humans.

Pride Capital Partners will continue to support EasyTranslate in executing the buy-and-build strategy.
