Kendox AG today announced that it has completed the acquisition of DM Dokumenten Management GmbH (DM) and their “lobo” product portfolio to accelerate its market expansion. DM is a Puchheim/Germany-based provider of Document and Worflow Management solutions serving a long list of governmental and business clients in Germany and Switzerland. Kendox, with their scalable cloud service platform is an excellent partner to build a combined portfolio of leading digitalization solutions for business of all kinds.
