Main Mezzanine continues as Pride Capital Partners

With over 20 years of experience in private equity and debt financing solutions, Main Capital Partners is a well-established name within the private equity and private debt market. In 2014 we started with our mezzanine activity, Main Mezzanine Capital, to provide mezzanine loans to scalable and recurring ICT and software companies to finance growth, acquisitions and management buy-outs. The mezzanine business has shown significant growth during the past five years and we have provided approximately € 50M of loans divided over 20 companies, realized 8 exits with attractive returns for our funders, expanded to the German market and launched our first mezzanine fund in the summer of 2018.

The time has come to continue as an independent company. So we are proud to announce that as of today Main Mezzanine Capital will continue as Pride Capital Partners, a private debt company (hence the name Pride).

A new name and new logo but the team, the strategy and the investment criteria remain the same. We provide mezzanine loans with a minimum size of € 2.0M to companies that meet the following criteria:

• ICT companies such as internet, telecom or software (related) companies, including managed services, digitalization and data/content driven businesses and platforms
• Benelux and DACH regions
• Companies with > 20 employees
• Revenues > € 3M resulting from scalable and recurring business models
• EBITDA positive companies with profitable growth
• Strong management teams and multiple shareholders

Events

Each year Pride Capital Partners organizes multiple events. The first upcoming event is our annual Private Debt Event which is centered around trends and developments in the financing landscape for SME companies. The event takes place March 21, 2019 in Amsterdam. Later on we will send out an invite with the program, but you can already save this date in your calendar.
