New spark in the IT market: BTC has rebranded to Fivespark

Fivespark is the new name of the former BTC. The IT company, founded 20 years ago, further establishes its position as Managed Services Provider (MSP). The mission of Fivespark is to offer IT solutions through a human centered approach to help companies manage the continuously changing and complex IT landscape.

The newly founded Fivespark wants to make a better connection between smart technology and human support. The company combines five pillars in a chain for IT solutions: adoption, hardware, connectivity, managed services and development. Ray Kemp, CEO of Fivespark speaks of ‘human centered IT’: “companies struggle with complex IT challenges ranging from the need for hardware to data migrations. Remote working is another example of a complex challenge. We believe that these and all other IT challenges can be managed best by focusing on people in relation to IT systems. This is a new approach in this market.”
