Pride Capital Partners announces its 1st exit in 2025, marking the 5th exit of Fund I. For Pride Capital Partners, this 1st exit in 2025 marks a good start to the year and it reflects our commitment to empowering Software & IT entrepreneurs and driving value creation.

The collaboration between Cologne based talentsconnect and Pride Capital Partners started in December 2021. Pride joined the company as a financial partner to fuel its organic growth plans in the talent recruitment sector with its newly released Jobshop. Our financial and strategic support, combined with our experience in HR SaaS tools, helped the company scale its business in Germany. As a result, recurring revenue increased, scalability improved, and profitability was achieved, setting the stage to become a Rule of 40 company by the end of 2024.

In addition to profitable growth, we have made it possible to simultaneously execute a buy & build strategy to accelerate further expansion. After our exit, we believe that the company remains committed to its mission: connecting talents and companies through technology, but then in a new setting.

A key aspect of our strategy is our dedication to the HR sector, where innovation in talent acquisition and management is reshaping the market. Alongside this exit, our investments in HR and Edtech companies such as Ixly and Archipel Academy show our commitment to supporting innovative HR companies. Each of these investments is in line with our investment approach of fostering autonomous growth combined with well-planned acquisitions, ultimately positioning our partners for long-term success.
