Dutch private equity firm Mentha Capital has acquired a majority shareholding in visual content optimization technology company Bright River. As a result, the journey of Bright River and Pride Capital Partners has come to a successful end. Pride Capital Partners joined Bright River in 2018 with providing capital to support the international growth of Bright River. During this journey, Bright River developed new state-of-the-art software products and became more efficient in its operations. Together with our support, management of Bright River led the company to the next phase of strong growth, leading to a successful exit to Mentha Capital.
