Portfolio company CCIT acquires Komplex IT

CCIT is acquiring the Danish specialized IT company Komplex IT. This marks one of CCIT’s most significant steps in its growth strategy to date. The acquisition is transformative and makes CCIT a leading player in the Danish IT sector, by doubling the number of employees and increasing the revenues to more than DKK 500 million.

This acquisition brings together two well-established Danish IT firms within infrastructure, cloud, and IT operations. Both CCIT and Komplex IT share the ambition of becoming Denmark’s preferred IT partner – and now, they have the resources to make it happen.

Following the completion of the transaction on March 21, 2025, the integration of Komplex IT into CCIT will be carried out gradually, ensuring seamless collaboration with employees and customers.
