Pride Capital Partners invests in Danish IT company CCIT

Pride Capital Partners invests in the Danish IT services company CCIT, hereby realizing its second platform investment in Denmark. In addition to providing financing, Pride Capital Partners acquires a minority stake in CCIT. With this partnership, Pride Capital Partners will support CCIT’s management in executing its organic growth plans and provide capital, network and hands-on support to accelerate the company’s buy-and-build strategy.

Danish company CCIT, founded in 2020, has evolved from a focused copy and print provider to a full-service IT company focusing on IT infrastructure, managed services, Microsoft solutions, document solutions, and consulting. With strong local presence across Denmark, from its offices in Odense (HQ), Albertslund and Fredericia, CCIT assists clients ranging from SMEs, large enterprises and public institutions.

CCIT’s management has vast experience with acquisitions and integrations. In 2022, the company acquired IT Attention and IT Business Partner. The company has proven its ability to grow while retaining its customer-centric culture and talented employees. Hereby, CCIT has been able to continuously improve and expand its full-service IT offering by doing acquisitions.
