GBC Group acquires bk systems Group

Pride Capital Partners supports GBC Group on its ninth acquisition, expanding their family of companies to include managed services company bk systems Group from Kaltenkirchen. This marks a new strategic milestone that strengthens the Group's presence in northern Germany alongside Comp-Pro Systemhaus GmbH and Bolde GmbH.

The bk systems group has been operating as an IT service provider in Schleswig-Holstein and Hamburg for over 40 years, focusing on IT infrastructure, printing, digitization and data protection & data security. The bk systems group currently employs 27 people.

The business model is based on contract-based IT services and intensive customer loyalty in line with the claim “IT in Northern Germany”. Many customers are served in several business areas “from a single source”.
